Pallet truck inspection for the public sector

Posted on | Posted in General

Pallet truck inspection for the public sector is a market we at HallmarkFIX know well.  We should, we’ve been working in it for over 20 years!  Hospitals, schools, universities, colleges, museums, art galleries and councils we help them all.

What does pallet truck inspection mean?

Under HSE regulations, all workplace equipment must be inspected on a regular basis as laid down in the PUWER regulations.  Of course this does includes the public sector.  Consequently, pallet trucks need inspecting annually to ensure that they’re safe to use.  However, only high lift trucks require LOLER inspections.  If you’re not sure, why not give us a call?  0161 272 1900.

Credibility

Public bodies in particular need to be sure that they comply with legislation.  Confidence in your supplier is paramount.  We’ve been accredited to ISO9001 since 1998, currently ISO9001:2015 and more recently, Safecontractor.  Our credibility is therefore assured.

Servicing

Whilst inspecting the trucks we’ll also service them and with your approval, carry out any necessary repairs.  When we’re confident the truck is safe to use, we’ll issue the relevant paperwork to prove it.

Approved Suppliers

We know it can be difficult adding a new company to your suppliers list and so we can accept cards if you prefer.  Call us today on 0161 272 1900 to discuss your requirements.   You may be surprised how simple, fast and efficient the process can be.
