Clive Perry - Service Manager
Clive is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our inspection and repair service, organising our engineers. He claims to have had an 11-year interview!
Christine Holford - Customer Support Manager
Christine has been with us from day one and is our quality manager, bookkeeper and administrator as well as keeping the rest of us under control!
Roger Grimshaw - Director
Roger oversees everything, keeping an eye on company performance and giving us the wisdom of his 40 years of experience in the industry.
Karen Mitchell - Service Administrator
Karen works with Clive in delivering our day-to-day service and is responsible for invoicing and maintaining our customers' service records.

We have pallet truck engineers based all over the country, which means we're never too far away to be on site as soon as you need us.
Our core leadership team is deliberately small – it means you’ll be dealing with the same people on a consistent basis, for a seamless service. We get to know our customers well over the years, so we can understand what you need from us. Our international standard ISO9001:2015 means that we operate to world class standards.
Our team of engineers, which has members all over the UK, are specialists in manual handling equipment repair, and work to agreed SafeContractor® standards. They’re a friendly and helpful bunch, too – they’ll do everything they possibly can to make sure everything runs smoothly, and that you’re satisfied with our service.
