Hassle free pallet truck repair is something that an increasing number of companies are enjoying.  We make it as easy and as simple as we can by following the following steps.

Stage 1

Make contact with us on 0161 272 1900 or email [email protected] and explain who you are, where you are and what needs repairing.  We’ll advise you from there.  We can’t be accurate about the cost until we’ve seen the trucks but we use a simple, transparent  pricing structure.  If we think the cost outweighs the value of the trucks, we’ll recommend you buy new.  Where you purchase them from is down to you.

Stage 2

If you decide to go head we’ll send your our customer pack.   This includes copies of our RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), Public Liability Insurance, Safecontractor & ISO9001 certificates and policies e.g. H&S plus Terms & Conditions.

Stage 3

We’ll agree terms of payment which can be by card, BACS or cheque.

Stage 4

If it all stacks up, we’ll arrange for a site visit.  The engineer will need a clean, safe area in which to work and access to toilet facilities.

Stage 5

He/she will have all the tools and parts they need to complete the work in one visit.  If you’re happy, sign the job sheet and wait for the invoice.

The second and subsequent visits

Now everything is in place its simply a matter of getting us back on site when you need us.  We’ll notify you by email when the trucks next need servicing.  If repairs are needed in the meantime, simply call the engineer in.

Remember, regular maintenance keeps lifetime costs to a minimum.
