Service Level Assurance

Coronavirus

As we enter a time of uncertainty caused by the coronavirus outbreak, may we reassure our customers of our commitment to keeping things running as normal. Over the coming weeks and months we’ll be doing everything we can to make sure that our high levels of service remain unchanged. The safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our highest priority as we continue to follow Government advice.

Our office staff are now mainly working from home, our telephones are diverted to a call handling centre (also working from home) and our engineers are working normally, subject to customer restrictions. Meetings are held using MS Teams.
We have ensured that all our Field Service Engineers are fully aware of our commitment to providing the highest hygiene and safety standards required when visiting customer premises.
We ask all our customers and suppliers to adhere to the precautionary steps as advised by the Government in order to prevent the spread of the virus and to allow our engineers access to their facilities.
• Regular handwashing for a minimum of 20 seconds using soap and water or hand sanitiser if not available
• Pens used for signatures cleaned with sanitising wipes
• Adherence to Government advice regarding personal isolation/isolation of employees, should it become necessary

We have no idea how long this problem will last but if we make changes to our policy, we will update you.
